Steam Roller for Road Maintenance.

According to Mr. "Cukie" Macomber, this steam roller used to maintain Westport roads was originally powered by coal. It was converted to the more efficient and cleaner gasoline engine for power, and the town was able to purchase and store less coal. Can the driver be named in this ca. 1908 photo?
