Kristen Petersen will speak on "Immigration in Massachusetts" at the Bell School (25 Drift Rd. at the Head) on Thursday, May 20 at 7:30 P. M. This talk will be an introduction to a series of programs focusing on various ethnic groups that have played an important role in the history of Westport. Kristen Petersen received her PhD degree from Brown and is now Assistant Professor of history at Pine Manor College. She served as Curator of the Waltham Historical Society and was Execitive Director of the Bay State Historical League.
